“It’s hard to get your head around that Bob Dylan is a very old-fashioned, hard-partying, loud-rocking, raunchy-type guy.”
The New York Times has called the artist one of the most “flaming, brash, and controversial” in American history, while the New Yorker called him “the most popular rocker in the country.”
Dylan’s latest release, “The Times they Are a Changin,” debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200.
In the latest issue of Billboard, Billboard magazine ranked Dylan #2 on its list of the 100 most influential artists of all time, and the magazine’s annual list of Billboard’s 100 Most Influential Artists has him at #2 for its “rocking” category.
In 2018, Dylan released his first solo album, “Losing My Religion.”
His next album, titled “American Born Again,” will release Oct. 31.
He’s also gearing up to release his fourth studio album, the highly anticipated “Lonely Island.”
